Herb is a character seen in the SpongeBob TV Series. Herb is Patrick Star's father. Herb is married to Margie and they live together. He always mistakes Patrick to being stupid but he still loves him. The only episode he has been in is: I'm with Stupid and Rule of Dumb. While Patrick was interacting to his fake parents: Janet and Marty, Herb and Margie were knocking on Squidward’s door saying Where’s Patrick! it is revealed in Rule of Dumb that they are part of royalty.
