The Golden Spatula was only seen in the episodes Plankton! and Neptune's Spatula. Legend says that only a fry cook worthy of King Neptune himself can pull out the spatula from the dried grease. SpongeBob pulled it out and went to the ultimate fry cook challenge with Patrick and Mr. Krabs. King Neptune then lost and invited SpongeBob to Atlantis.
