Fred is a cameo character seen in many episodes. His catchphrase is MY LEG! His friend's name is Tom. He usually wears brown pants and is a green skinned fish. In the Jellyfish Jelly episode, Fred sings a song about the delicious "jelly patty". Fred's last name is unknown.
