After what happened at Shell City, SpongeBob and Patrick escape and ride on the backside of David Hasselhoff, who gives them a boat ride back to Bikini Bottom. On the way back, they saw the big boot in pursuit of them. Dennis then lets go of the boot and tries to kill SpongeBob and Patrick but fails yet again. Dennis got hit by a ship Hasselhoff ducked under, presumably resulting in his decapitation, or just causing him to fall off. |

At first it was not a big deal but the little sponge and the kiddish starfish seemed to just get away from his grip every time. - It is unknown if when he was hit by the boat he had his head decapitated or he just fell into the ocean.
- It is unknown if Dennis will get revenge on SpongeBob and Patrick in Neptune's Party.
- There wasn't a scene in the movie where Plankton employs Dennis, or one where Plankton meets Dennis. Either both the ideas became deleted scenes that weren't put on the DVD of the movie for some reason, or they chose to remove it and not put it on any disc or add it on any airing of the movie.
