The New Kelp Times is a Newspaper that just appeared in the episode What Ever Happened to SpongeBob?. The Newspaper is in New Kelp City. Sandy found it with Squidward and Patrick at a shop. Patrick thought SpongeBob was trapped in the newspaper because of the picture of him, and he then throws a brick at the newspaper machine. On the front there is a picture of SpongeBob that he is the new Mayor of New Kelp City.
