The Car Stealer is a character who has only appeared in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie. He apparently works or hangs out at the Thug Tug. As his name suggests, he steals cars, including the Patty Wagon.
Looks
The Car Stealer is a purple fish who appears to be strong. He wears a black ski mask, a leather jacket, a pair of jeans, and a bracelet with spikes on each of his wrists. He has gloves on his hands, and carries a crowbar.
