He looks like Squidward but with a bigger nose and with acne on it. He also has blond hair. He may be a teenager, too.
Trivia
He got turned down for a job at the Krusty Krab like Sandy's Cousin and Mr. Krabs' Nephews. Just like Squidward, he also is grouchy.
