Message from Beyond is a short comic featured in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie Magazine and Comic Crazy...Take 2! (but with the title Dance Contest). In the comic, SpongeBob gets battery-powered foot massagers that go crazy.
Plot
SpongeBob gets battery-powered foot massagers to make his feet feel "a whole lot better" following his 16-hour shifts at the Krusty Krab. However, the massagers only make his feet feel slightly better. After discovering that there is only one battery in each massager, SpongeBob loads them with more batteries and turns them on. The power from all the batteries causes the massagers to go haywire, and SpongeBob is launched out of his house and into Bikini Bottom, crashing into a building where the Fancy Fins Dance Contest is being held. Somehow, despite the destruction, SpongeBob inadvertently wins the contest and is given the contest's trophy. Back at home, SpongeBob soaks his feet in warm water inside the trophy, telling Gary that the water actually makes his feet feel a whole lot better.
