The Newspaper
New Kelp Times is a Newspaper that just appeared in the Episode: What Ever Happened to SpongeBob?. The Newspaper is in New Kelp City.
Sandy found it with Squidward and Patrick at a Shop. Patrick thought SpongeBob was trapped in the Newspaper becuase of the picture of him, and he then throws a Brick at the Newspaper Machine. On the front there is a picture of SpongeBob that he is the new Mayor of New Kelp City. It just had one appearance.
