a shop-vac is a machine that sucks and blows. SpongeBob, and recently Patrick, own one. the machine as only been seen in just two episodes: shop vac and Squidville.shop-vacs are a type of vacuum cleaner.
It can only be used for good reasons by cleaning things up.
