House Fancy is a television show that is aired in Bikini Bottom. It is hosted by Nicholas Withers. The show mainly discusses fancy houses throughout Bikini Bottom and introduces us to their owners. The shown is only seen in the episode House Fancy.

- On the episode shown, Squidward's house (which was blown up by a vaccum bag air pressure decrease) is declared a new type of fancy that harkens back to a previous primative style, causing Squilliam to start crying.
Squlliam's house wins in the beginning of House Fancy, first episode of Season 6.
plot
- Squidward enjoys watching a show called house Fancy on TV.Once he finds out
his arch rival squilliam fanyson III's house is shown on house facy he is furious. squidward calls the shows host Nickolas Withers saying "my house is much fancier then that slob squilliam's". Squidward is then given one hour to get his house ready. Then squidward's house explodes doing to the carelessness of spongebob. The TV crew arvies and the show host is surprised that the explosion dates back to a primitive style. Squidward is then given the tittle house facy prince of the year.
