Off Limits is a building, that just appears in the episode Tunnel of Glove. It is probably a factory. In this building, Patrick searches for SpongeBob, who went with Pearl to the Tunnel of Glove. When Patrick looks for SpongeBob, he finds a sort of "electricity supplier", which looks like SpongeBob. They supply electricity to Glove World.
