But SpongeBob can not open the suit case which has the evidence in it, so the lawsuit takes longer then it should. His Case

Inside his top secret case was a Krabby Patty, something that Plankton wanted so much. Once SpongeBob opened it, Plankton wanted the Krabby Patty desperately, and Plankton ran for it, meaning that he lost. Therefore proved that Plankton went into the Krusty Krab just to get the Krabby Patty in other words he was proven guilty.

Richard is a green-skinned fish who wears glasses. He has black hair. He also wears a lawyer suit with a bow tie.
