The Mailman appears in many episodes.It is just shown that he brings mail to SpongeBob.
Looks
The Mailman is a yellow fish.He has blue hair, a green hat, has a mail bag and a greens top.He looks a lot like Peterson/Nat but Nat is acctually green.
