The Handsome Man is an alter ego of Squidward. When Squidward's face got smashed, it was remodeled into a more handsome look. This attracted people, but maybe a little too much, which scared and annoyed him. The face was smashed again back into Squidward's normal face. This event happens in the The Two Faces of Squidward.
Looks
The Handsome Man looks just like Squidward, but has a much more handsome face. His chin looks like a real human chin and his cheeks come out of his facial area. Later on The Handsome Man becomes muscular and looks more human than squid.
Attitude
"The Handsome Man" is similar to Squidward's attitude, (since he is Squidward).
