Lord Royal Highness is the current ruler of Atlantis, and is voiced by musician David Bowie. he held the real oldest bubble that Patrick accidentally popped, and gives tourists a tour of the city. when they arrive, they must press a button for him. afterwards, a red carpet comes out, then he follows. everyone calls him L.R.H.
Looks
Lord Royal Highness has a wacky sort of look and his skin is a dark blue colour. His only hair is on the sides near his ears and they are a orange color. His brain is in a glass thing but it is safe and he also has big red lips.He has maroon gloves an on his costume is green layers shaped as a speedo. He has a big nose and a small crown.
