The Ugly Barnacle is a story that Patrick told to SpongeBob in Something Smells to cheer him up about being "ugly."
Story
This is the story that was told by Patrick in SpongeBob's Library:
"It's called the ugly barnacle.Once there was an ugly barnacle. He was so ugly that everyone died. The End!"
This story was meant to cheer up Spongebob, but clearly had the opposite effect.

- The story was only 3 sentences long. Or only 2 depending on your evaluation of "The End" as a sentence or lack thereof.
