TattleTale Strangler
The TattleTale Strangler is a very dangerous man who promised to strangle anyone who turns him in to the police. In the episode SpongeBob Meets the Strangler, SpongeBob turns the strangler in to the police. But the strangler is able to get away and wants revenge on SpongeBob by disguising himself as a bodyguard pretending to protect SpongeBob from the Strangler.

It seems like The TattleTale Strangler has been wanted for a long time, and he has a Wanted poster where he is holding a piece of Wanted Card with Number and Letters on it.
Looks
The Strangler has a green Body, a blue Shirt and he is fairly muscular. Furthermore, he is taller than an average fish appearing in the series and has dirty hands. When The Strangler tricked SpongeBob, he bought a fake moustache.
