The TattleTale Strangler is a very dangerous man who promised to strangle anyone who turned him in to the police. In the episode, SpongeBob Meets the Strangler, SpongeBob turns the strangler into the police. But the strangler gets away and takes revenge on Spongebob by disguising himself as a bodyguard pretending to protect SpongeBob from the Strangler.
