SpongePedia:Employee of the Month
This is the project Employee of the Month in SpongePedia.
What is it about?
In SpongePedia apart from Administrators, there are also Users that work hard. These Users should be thanked aswell for working so hard, for that special Thanks, a user will be picked on the 27th of each Month under the title „Employee of the Month“ because of his/hers work.
These are things that when a user is working hard to be an Employee of the Month has to do:
- Active over the month
- Quality of the work
- Importancy of the work
- Friendliness towards other users
It is also Ok if an Administrator himself will be Employee of the Month aswell for a few times. But the users should be first, they might be mixed also. When a user is nominated for the Employee of the Month, it will be written on his/hers Talk page.
