Silly, Confused, and Hungry are characters who appear in The Patrick Star Show episode To Dad and Back.

They are small starfish that look like Patrick Star, but are colored purple, magenta, and orange respectively. They each represent one of Cecil Star’s emotions.

When Patrick and Rube are touring Cecil’s body, they come across Silly, Confused, and Hungry, who are seen fighting and arguing with each other.
