Mrs. Johnson is Patchy the Pirate's next-door neighbor who has a small appearence in The Sponge Who Could Fly. She offers Patchy cookies, but Patchy says "Put 'em in a Doggy bag, Mrs. Johnson". That is also how we find out her name. At the end of the episode, she is seen zooming off on her wheelchair.
