Mr. Puff was Mrs. Puff's husband. He unfortunately was turned into a light cover. The only picture of him was in Krusty Love where it he is shown getting turned on via a switch. In Shell City in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, there is another fish that looks alike to Mr. Puff although you can tell it is not him because there was no string attached to him, and was not a light.
