Miss Shell was SpongeBob's Kindergarten teacher. She is revealed in he episode: Party Pooper Pants where a blue man sees his Kindergarten class picture, and SpongeBob was the only sponge (and not fish) in Miss Shell's class. One of her other pupils are Dennis. She's not physically seen, but only in the picture.
