ManRay is a slim anthromorphic Manta Ray and he has big muscles. He has a fashionable, blue helmet and a red top and bottom. On his belt it is blue with a bit of yellow in the center. ManRay is one of the evildoers that causes destruction in Bikini Bottom. He and the Dirty Bubble always get stopped by Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. In the Episode: Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy III, it is found out that he was frozen in Tartar Sause. ManRay onced tricked SpongeBob and Patrick that he would be good if he became unfrozen. Voice and Attitude
ManRay has a deep voice and will always try to trick people with his False Voice... He admits defeat and quite frankly does not care. That was proven in Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy III. ManRay has a persuasive voice so he can trick people like SpongeBob and Patrick quite easily. ManRay's voice is provided by Welsh actor John - Rhys Davies.
