Kelp Chips is food that is sold in Bikini Bottom. The just appear in the episode: The Inside Job. In that episode, Plankton eats them while watching TV in the Chum Bucket.
Looks
The wrapper of the Kelp Chips is blue. On the front there is an yellow circle that says Kelp Chips. The Kelp Chips don't appear in the series though.
