(Born 1981 July 22(age 27) Flats the Flounder is a green flounder who first appeared in the episode: Sandy's Rocket. He is the bully of Mrs. Puff's Boating School. He was born somewhere between late 1970s and 1985. He makes his first major appeareance in the episode The Bully. He is a flatypphwith Patrick. In the episode, he gets sent to The Hospital as a result of chasing SpongeBob.

Flats has green scales, he has very big body, he wears an orange colored shirt with a green stripe and a green collar, and some brown pants.
Attitude
Flats has one main goal in this episode: kick SpongeBob's butt.
Flats told Mrs. Puff he kicks people's butts to make friends with them, which is obviously a lie. Possibly he had kicked many butts before including his own dad's butt.
