Flars the Flounder is a green flounder who first appeared in the episode: Texas. He is the bully of Mrs. Puff's Boating School. He was born somewhere between late 1970s and 1985. He makes his first major appeareance in the episode The Bully. He is a flat flounder and likes to kick people's butts. When he finally kicks SpongeBob's butt, it doesn't hurt because SpongeBob is made from "some kind of Spongy material". He also has a father who he tells not to talk to strangers. He also appears in other episodes in cameos, such as Texas. Flats obviously first appeared in the episode Texas, but his name was unknown during that time. He went to community college with Patrick, which is very unsurprising because Patrick was so stupid to attend community college (it might be a poor education college).

Flats has Green scales, he has very big body, he wears an orange colored shirt with a green stripe and a green collar, and some brown pants.
Attitude
Flats has one main goal in this episode: Kick SpongeBob's butt. Flats told Mrs. Puff he kicks people's butts to make friends with them, which is obviously a lie. Possibly he had kicked many butts before including his own dad's butt.
