The Poseidome appears in the episode Neptune's Spatula. In that episode, it is where the Ultimate Cook Off is held. It also serves as a place to bid on who will win the competition.

It looks like a typical roman stadium/coliseum. The name is on top of the stadium. its roof is domed and has a trident.

Inside, it looks like a boxing/wresting stadium. There is even a boxing ring.
