Mr. Whiskers only appeared in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie. He is a cat. We know his name because the Old Lady said "I'll let you pet Mr. Whiskers". His meow is similar to Gary.
Looks
Since he is part of the Giant Fish, he is pink and white. He also can meow, which seems weird because tongues can't talk. Also, why is he a cat when cats are replaced with snails in Bikini Bottom? SpongeBob and Patrick are known to be afraid of him.
