Twitch is a green fish that only appeared in the episode SpongeBob SquarePants vs. The Big One. He is called Twitch, because he twitches. He helps SpongeBob, Patrick and Squidward to get to Jack Kahuna Laguna.

Twitch is a green fish wearing orange pants and who has yellow hair and a whales tooth on string around his neck.
Attitude
Twitch is usually happy and twitchy. Squidward called him and the others hippies. His friends are Silent Stan, Chip, Big G and Awesome Eddie.
