Poseidon elementery school is the school that Mr.Krabs and Plankton went to at thier child hood. It looks like an upside-down boat. Its only episode appearance is Friend or Foe

- Plankton (A.K.A:Mr.Brain-a-tron 5000)
- Teenager fish with baseball cap.

- Only one teacher is seen. He is seen in the background and looks like an orange old man Jenkins except with brown hair.
