Queen Mildew was a part of the Seestar Tree. She just appeared in the Episode: Rule of Dumb on a map. She was the Queen of Bikini Bottom. She was a part of Gary's and Patrick's family. She was the first queen of Bikini Bottom. She married King Amoebe and had two children, Prince Callous and Princess Tulsa. She is a blue fish with a pink dress, hat, and shoes and has black hair.
