Grubby Grouper is a fish that was shortly seen in the episode: Bubble Buddy. He is a famous surfer and he confronts Pearl and her friends in a boat. He shakes his dirty hand with Pearl and Pearl says that she will never wash the fin although Bubble Buddy ends up washing the fin.
Looks
Obviously according to his body, he is not an athlete and he is not particularly hygienic. He is a green fish that he wears bad clothes and is very messy.
