Chip
Chip was a potato chip, and one of SpongeBob's three new friends in the episode I Had an Accident. He appeared to be SpongeBob's butler in that episode, as he showed Patrick and Sandy to the door. When Sandy and Patrick were getting creamed by a Gorilla, Chip, Penny, and Used Napkin together convinced SpongeBob to step outdoors to save his friends.
Right after SpongeBob stepped outside, Chip met his untimely demise as Gary ate him. Ironically, SpongeBob's last words to Chip were "If I don't come back, Chip, take good care of Gary". Penny and Used Napkin are also never seen after the episode I Had An Accident, despite Gary not killing them.
Looks
As It is stated, Chip is a potato chip, as an average size and color. Looking closer you can see curves and small dots on it.
Demise
In I Had an Accident SpongeBob depended on Chip to take care of Gary, but when SpongeBob left Chip in the house, Chip was left vunerable to Gary who killed Chip by devouring him. But when Chip died, he basically took care of Gary by feeding him. When Gary ate Chip, Gary was fed, therefore Chip did take care of Gary, and Gary was innocent of committing a murder when he ate Chip. Basically, Chip made the ultimate sacrafice for Gary.
