Cuddle E. Hugs later appears to everyone in the Krusty Krab when SpongeBob sold everyone Aged Patties, causing the same hallucination. Cuddle E. Hugs then turns into an evil version of himself with sharp teeth and begins devouring the customers. After apparently sleeping off the effects of the patties, everyone leaves, unable to see him anymore. SpongeBob later meets with Cuddle E. Hugs again (where he revealed the "E" in his name was for "Eat" because he's always hungry) and feeds him an Aged Patty, which apparently sends him back to being a regular hamster in a cage.
