Twisted Trestles only appeared in The Great Patty Capper. It appeared after the train thundered through the Train Center and Nat Peterson warned SpongeBob of the Twisted Trestles just up the line.

Looks

The Twisted Trestles is the track built in continuous loops [total number unknown]that SpongeBob and Patrick apparently like as they were heard laughing in the cab and saying "Ugh, that was fun" just before Patrick attempted to save the train, himself and SpongeBob.
