Season 1

• The Cool Pool: Based on the comic, Squidward goes to a local pool club.
• Krusty Krab Khaos: Plankton causes chaos at the Krusty Krab.
• Neptune's Paradise: (special) SpongeBob and friends go to Neptune's Paradise.
• Plankton Was Here: Plankton invents a time machine to see the future.
• I Now Prounounce You Sponge and Enemy: SpongeBob meets a new enemy.
• Sponge Tag: SpongeBob and Patrick play a game called "sponge tag."
• Krusty Kourt: Mr. Krabs turns the Krusty Krab into a court room.
• Virtual Fiction: (special) Plankton zaps SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, and Mr. Krabs into a computer.
• Back to School: SpongeBob doesn't want to go back to school.
• Pick a Card: SpongeBob meets a popular magician.
• No More H20: (special) Bikini Bottom almost runs out of water.
• Texas Returns: Sandy goes back to Texas and SpongeBob misses her.
• Gold Rush!: SpongeBob finds gold underneith the Krusty Krab and Mr. Krabs digs for it.

Season 2

• SpongeClops: Based on the comic, Plankton makes everyone at the Krusty Kraby have one eye and himself have two eyes.
• Clarinet Lost: Squidward loses his clarinet.
• Mermaid Man and Patrick Boy: When Barnacle Boy gets sick, Patrick fills in for him on The New Adventures of Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy and chaos follows.
• Le Crabe Croustillant: Mr. Krabs starts serving French food at the Krusty Krab.
• Jellyfishing Day: SpongeBob goes jellyfishing only to find out it's Jellyfishing Day.
• Missing Snail: Gary wanders off.
• Get, Gary!: Gary messes with Squidward and he gets annoyed with it.
• Opposite Day Returns: On Opposite Day, SpongeBob takes all the opposites extremely.
• Krusty Kold: Mr. Krabs gets a cold.
• The Giant Clam: A giant clam attacks SpongeBob's house.
• Journey to Rock Bottom: (special) SpongeBob and friends end up in Rock Bottom.
• Krusty Kelp: Mr. Krabs starts serving kelp at the Krusty Krab and the customers get sick.
• Rainbow Blues: Patrick wants to go to the end of a rainbow but SpongeBob refuses.

Season 3

• The Essay: SpongeBob has to write an essay about the Krusty Krab or he'll get fired.
• Patrick's Cartoon: Patrick wants to make a cartoon show and SpongeBob wants to help.
• The Patty O' Trouble: Plankton sneaks into the Krusty Krab at closing to snatch a Krabby Patty and soon catastrophe starts.
• Laugh All You Don't: SpongeBob loses his laugh.
• Sea Son Three: SpongeBob wants to find out all about the "three sea sons."
• http://www.KrustyKrab.com: Mr. Krabs starts a Krusty Krab website.
• A Krusty Krab Khristmas: (special) Plankton goes to see Santa Claus at the Krusty Krab to tell him his "wish list." The Krabby Patty Secret Formula.
• Squidward's Clarinet Solo Disaster: Squidward has a clarinet solo which causes disaster.
• Fill in the _____: SpongeBob has a test at Boating School in which he has to fill in the blanks and can't figure it out.
• Z: (special) Plankton sprays a gas all over town that makes people sleep.
• Arty Party: Squidward gets invited to an art party at the mueseum and SpongeBob tags along.
• Halloween Night Fright: SpongeBob gets scared so much on Halloween so he decides to do something about it.
• Be My Valentine: SpongeBob finds out it's Valentines Day and he wants to give a valentine to someone.

Season 4

• Trail of the Snail: Gary goes missing while SpongeBob is at work.
• E=Mc2: SpongeBob becomes a genius mysteriously.
• The Secret Code: Mr Krabs installs a security system on the Krusty Krab door and SpongeBob wants to know what it is.
• The History of Bikini Bottom: SpongeBob wants to learn the history of Bikini Bottom.
• Who Lives in a Sliced Pineapple Under the Sea?: SpongeBob comes home to find that his pineapple house has been mysteriously sliced.
• Dollars and Cent$: Mr. Krabs wants to make one million dollars in one day.
