The Surgeon is the fish responsible for giving Patrick Star a nose. He was first seen in No Nose Knows. Patrick came to him to gave him a nose. But soon the nose dried out when SpongeBob, Squidward, Sandy, and Mr. Krabs created a ball of nasty things to get Patrick to stop eliminating every stinky odor. Squidward then insulted Patrick; Patrick then says, "I heard that!" with large ears. It is possible that the Surgeon gave Patrick the ears, too.
