Mermaid Man is one of SpongeBob's favorite superheroes, along with Barnacle Boy.
Personality
Mermaid Man appears to be friendly towards Spongebob, once saying to Barnacle Boy that "you know, he's not that bad," although Barnicle Boy seems to despise him. Often because of his slow and comical senility, Barnacle Boy gets angry toward him.
