The Ick is a fungus that is highly contagious, and is seen in the episode Fungus Among Us. The Ick is simply a green coloured mulch type thing with unknown ingredients. To get cured, patients in Bikini Bottom had to pay Mr. Krabs 5 dollars to get the ick off in the Krusty Krab. This works thanks to Gary, who eats the Ick off of the people’s skin. (This looks like SpongeBob washing something or Patrick eating Strawberry Gum)
