Mr. Puff was Mrs. Puff's husband. He unfortunately was turned into a light cover. The only picture of him was in Krusty Love where it he is shown getting turned on via a switch. In Shell City in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, there is another fish that looks like Mr. Puff that may possibly be him.He possibly could of walked into Shell City and turned into a lamp.
