After attempting to buy stuff with year-old cupons, Mr. Krabs sees Spongebob pick up a penny on the street. Then he can't get overit on the ride home. So when Spongebob walks into work the next day, Mr Krabs asks to loan a penny. Spongebob checks all of his pockets - including a tie pocket - but doesn't find one. He built a theater and charged Spongebob one penny to see a great movie. HE says he doesn't have one. MR. Karabs tells a sad story to the customers about him not having a penny. Spongebob said he would like to donate him one but he doesn't have one. So he tries to steal it. He gets caught and Spongebob tells him that it was a piece of gum. Gary attempts to eat it, but it absorbs the salyva. Spongebob realizes that it wasn't a piece of gum. He unravels it to find a $500 bill.
