The TattleTale Strangler is a very dangerous man who promised to strangle anyone who turned him in to the police. In the episode, SpongeBob Meets the Strangler, SpongeBob turns the strangler into the police. But the strangler gets away and takes revenge on Spongebob by disguising himself as a bodyguard pretending to protect Spongebob from the Strangler. After a while of protecting him, he gets fed up because of the delay of being able to strangle SpongeBob. Many distractions occur, causing the Strangler to have a mental breakdown.
Jailtime
The TattleTale Strangler had a breakdown because SpongeBob was bugging him so much, so he jumped into the police car saying something along the lines of: Get me outa here! Im getting chased by a maniac! he gets to the police station which makes him to turn himself into jail becuase he was frightened of SpongeBob.
