The only peron who seems to celebrate the holiday is SpongeBob. At the Krusty Krab, he used his barefoot and nose to permorm several tasks, including using the telephone and flipping Krabby Patties. However, he had to use his hands to prepare for King Neptune's 5,000th birthday party.
