:The quotes are used for citations, not for loud screamings, etc. It doesn't look very good because it can even hurt visitors. The text can be UPPERCASE, but '''bolding''' it disturbs visitors, especially the ones who want to search something. '''Bolding''' is only for important things, but screaming and cry really aren't important. OK, the text can be UPPERCASE because it doesn't annoy smb who doesn't need this. We can even use WAAAIIIITEEEEEEERRRR!!!!
