The Ick is a fungus that is highly contagious, and is seen in the episode Fungus Among Us. The Ick is simply a green coloured mulch type thing with unknown ingredients. To get cured, patients in Bikini Bottom had to pay Mr. Krabs 5 dollars to get the ick off in the Krusty Krab. This works thanks to Gary, who eats the Ick off of the people's skin.
