TattleTale Strangler
The Strangler is a very dangerous man who promised to strangle anyone who turned him in to the police. In Spongebob meets the Strangler, Spongebob turns the strangler in. But the strangler gets away and takes revenge on Spongebob by disguising himself as a bodyguard pretending to protect Spongebob. But he got fed up when being delayed to strangle Spongebob when he wasn't looking. He couldn't take it anymore, and he fell in jail

The strangler has a green body and a blue shirt. He is wanted for littering and strangling.
