It comes in the [[Krusty Kids Meal]] and the [[Kiddie Meal]]. In Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V, it is given to [[Barnacle Boy]] by [[Squidward Tentacles|Squidward]] as if he were a little child. Everyone in the restaurant surrounding him starts to laugh at him, and Barnacle Boy refuses to eat it, because he thinks he is too old to be eating such an immature food, which is really meant for children. It also comes with a bib and high chair. In Rock-A-Bye Bivalve, SpongeBob offers the Pipsqueak Patty (referred to as a tiny Krabby Patty in the episode) to Junior, who refuses it. In Mermaid Man vs SpongeBob, the Pipsqueak Patty appears for a short time in the Krusty Kids Meal commercial. In Yours, Mine and Mine, SpongeBob places a regular Krabby Patty an a Pipsqueak Patty (referred to as a Krabby Kiddie Patty in the episode) on the sill of the order window, explaining that the Krabby Kiddie Patty is "30% cuter" and it only costs one dollar more than a regular Krabby Patty.

===Looks===
In Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V, it is a small Krabby Patty with a face that has pickles for eyes, ketchup for pupils, a ketchup smile, and little antennas on it, to make it look babyish. In all other appearances, it is simply a smaller version of a normal Krabby Patty.
