The Penny Pinchers (or Cheapskates) just appear in the episode Kracked Krabs. They are all crabs. In that episode, they nominate Mr. Krabs the Cheapest Krab underwater.
Looks
The Cheapskates all look like Mr. Krabs and some also have a beard.
